Going bananas.

What do you do when you have this many bananas?

Well, here are some tips on how you can finish off those bananas with a lesser possibility of vomiting. Bananas are food. Food must not be wasted. Look at those skinny malnourished African kids. Be grateful. Bananas are GOOD for your health, so EAT IT!!! ;D

1) Make a banana milk shake.

Blend it, drink it. It's simple, cheap, and best of all it tastes like bananas. ;P

Gulp it down.

2) Make a banana split.
Remember to pour lots and lots of chocolate all over it. This time, you have a reason to indulge in this sweet, fattening *it's not like I care* dessert. You're trying to finish off your bananas, remember?

3) Make fruit pasta for dinner.

At least you don't have to eat plain old rice for dinner again. That alone is a good enough reason to celebrate, no?
By the way, the green stuff in the picture are actually spring onions. I put it there just for the sake of adding some colour to it. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ever add that to your pasta. It's gross. ;P

4) Bake banana muffins.

It actually tastes like banana cake. The only thing that is different is that it is not as soft as the banana cake. Or maybe the muffins were a failure. I don't know. ;P

5) Make a banana facial mask.

My friend made a carrot facial mask and she actually ate some of the mask because according to her, it's delicious. Eww, how gross can she get? :/

That's all that I can think of for the moment. But wait, why would you have so many bananas at home at one time? Unless your mum/dad is like mine, who buys, hold on, what is setandan in english? Checked it out, it's called "a bunch". Okay, my mum buys a bunch of bananas at one time because a man sells a comb of bananas for only RM 1 and a bunch costs like RM3-5? Obviously, we always can't manage to finish the bananas, so these tips are useful for us, and for you as well, if you or your parents are like mine. Haha. ;P

"Are you thinking what I'm thinking B1?" "I think I am, B2!" ;D

Missing Marbles.

I went to Queens today on a mission - to hunt down this really cute pair of flats from Vincci which I spotted in the Padini mag. But to my horror and dismay, *dramatic much* the Padini Concept Store in Queens is now closed for renovations and has temporarily shifted to a smaller shop beside Border's. Obviously, they didn't have the flats, either because the newest Spring 2010 collection has not arrived yet or they just do not have enough space to put them on sale given the small premises of the shop. Anyway, now I'm forced to wait for at least 2 months before I have the chance to hit the malls and find them. The flats, not Padini of course. But since the flats are sold in Padini, I have to find Padini first before I can find the flats. Oh my, I'm losing my marbles.

The absolutely adorable pair of flats which I want -

in this colour. Yes, the one on the right. ;D

Another must have - Gingham Check shirts/pants/dress/bla. I hope I will be able to own at least 1 of these. Haha. ;D I know it's a little late for me to finally catch on the Gingham trend but hey, better late than never. Gone are the days when gingham checks were only used to cover tabletops. Many designers have included gingham checks in their designs and this is one of the trends for Spring 2010!

Origami dresses! Not literally the ones that you fold using paper of course. How can you not love these absolutely positively gorgeous dresses? Put one on and you'll be the centre of attraction! Having a beautiful face and a lovely personality helps. Not to forget a good sense of fashion to match your shoes/accessories/makeup to your already eye-catching dress. Be careful not to over accessorize or pair it with shoes that hog too much attention. Keep it simple but elegant. If you fail to do this, don't worry, you'll still be the centre of attraction, but for all the wrong reasons. Hey, nothing is fool-proof.

White is such a beautiful colour. Black and white printing IS colour printing. Black and white are also colours, aren't they? ;P

What am I doing? I'm blogging about fashion. *Gasps in horror* All these studying has finally taken its toll on me. I'm going nutty.

P/S: Don't judge me if you don't know who I am. Don't say that I don't look like the person who would do this or that. Haven't you heard of the saying - Don't judge a book by its cover? I obviously can't be who you want me to be, so yeah, cut me some slack and let me be me.
