Here comes the bride, all dress in white, here comes the bride with the big backside ;P

Chill. I'm not getting married. ;D No one's getting married. I made this two cards for my parent's CG's Christmas Harvest Program.

Marriage is a relationship in which one person is always right and the other is the husband. ;P

P/S: Taylor Lautner!!!! HOT-ness!!

Decisions decisions.

I went to Popular in One Stop today. They're having their "Mega Book Fair" or whatever they call it. There was so many people! I lined up for two hours just to pay for the books. ._. Anyway, I bought 6 thrillers. Haha. 2X James Patterson, 2X Sidney Sheldon, 2X Lisa Gardner. =D I decided not to buy any Jodi Picoult books or Chick Lits. Thrillers are more exciting and intriguing. ;D Not that Jodi Picoult books are not but I'm just in the mood to read thrillers, as in killers punya thrillers. ;D Books about vampires seem to be all the rage lately. Some think that the Vampire Diaries series are really nice but my favourite is still the Twilight Saga. ;P Speaking of which, New Moon is finally out! I wanna re-watch Twilight, even though it was a disappointment and all, but still. Haha.

I'm getting used to walking alone, shopping alone, eating in restaurants alone. Lately, my mum has been leaving me all alone in shopping malls. Okay, so maybe it was only 2 times. Hehe. Still, sometimes it's nice to walk in a crowd alone. I'm enjoying my "I, me and myself" time. It's nice if it's only occasionally. I would die if I lost all my friends. D: I still haven't tried watching a movie in the cinema alone. It would be scary, I think. ;P

You're so fragile.

I broke my violin bow. Haha. ;D Need a guitar teacher. Fast! D:

Tuesday, November 24, 2009

So near yet so far.

I'm really close to being able to finally fulfill my childhood dream. All I need to do now is to find a teacher. And of course get a guitar. Yamaha's full. D: Does anyone know any guitar teachers?

Panadol. Clarinase. Strepsils.

I fell sick on the last day of school. Flu, fever, sore throat headache. That was so not fun. While everybody was playing and chatting and laughing, I was trying my best to go to sleep and get some rest. I had to bounce back within less than 24 hours, if not I'll have say farewell to my trip to Hatyai. Thank God, I managed to get better and was able to get up at 5am the next morning to go to Hatyai. Haha. =D

However, the weather in Hatyai was so terrible. It was like the sky was leaking or something. The sky was terribly gloomy. It would rain suddenly, and then after a while, it would stop. Then it would start again. D;

The river almost overflowed. The water level rised so much that the floating market had to be closed.

The famous tut-tuts.

Four persons' luggage. Kidding. We went with my parent's cg. This is everyone's luggage.

We stayed at Lee Garden Plaza Hotel. The reception area smelled really musty. I suspect it came from the old carpets. Yuck. The smell was disgusting. My sickness chased my appetite away and I ate really little. For me, anyway. What a waste. We had lunch at a really nice restaurant. Log Terrace is the name if I've not mistaken. The food was good and the price was reasonable.

The inside of the restaurant.

The restaurant's surrounded by lush greenery.

Even though most people go to Hatyai to shop for stuff at really low prices (clothes, handbags, shoes, bla), we didn't manage to really shop for those kind of stuff. Blame it on the rain. It spoiled our mood. But we bought lots of food stuff, like cashew nuts and macadamia nuts. Gosh, macadamia nuts are soooooooo super duper delicious!! And it's a lot cheaper in Hatyai.

The oh-so-delicious macadamia nuts.

The nasi susu (I don't know what is it called in English) in Thailand is so so so so so delicious! Before this, the rice in the chicken rice in Hong Kong Disneyland ;D was my favourite rice but now my fav is Thai's nasi pulut. The mango rice was sooooooo super nice. I didn't manage to get a photo of it 'cause I was sick I simply didn't have the mood to take photos. Haha. ;P

By the way, my version of delicious plain rice:
1. The rice has to be dry. You must not be able to taste water in the rice. If you get what I mean. ._. Heh. Soft and watery rice is definitely a no no.
2. The rice must not stick/clump together. Sticky rice = YUCK.
3. It must smell delicious. Obviously.

Basically, that's all of the requirements of good plain rice that I can think of right now. So what if I'm weird? ;P Soft, watery, sticky rice is absolutely yuck. Who's with me? ;D Porridge is a different story.

Baby come back to me.

I may learn a new musical instrument! Will say what if it works out! So excited! Haha. This is the instrument that I have always wanted to learn since I watched Freaky Friday when I was in primary school. Haha. ;D

A crazy clown hat that my mum sewed. =D

Beef sausages taste weird.

Fishy, Clarrie and I went to Gurney after school yesterday to catch 2012. We got the worst seats in the cinema hall. D: There was like a "half wall" right in front of us and we had to seat up straight, if not half of the screen would be blocked off. =.= Anyway, the CGI effects are really cool. The storyline is pure fiction though. The earth will not end like that. Not according to the Bible, which is the most reliable source ever. In my opinion, *spoilers ahead!*

The movie is not about the apocalypse, it's more like the modern version of the great big flood that happened during Noah's time. ;D It's not the end of the world if there are people who survive. Anyway, they can't kill off everyone in a movie, it'll be too much for some people to take. To make the movie audience-friendly, the main characters must survive. And the guy's limo is sturdier than James Bond's. ;D

I guess everyone's interested to see how the world will end. A useful tip: go read up on Revelations. ;D Most of the show times for the movie were sold out. Thank God I booked the tickets earlier if not we would have been forced to line up for a really long time to get the tickets. 2012 is a really exciting and interesting movie. You should watch it, for entertainment purposes. ;D

Crazy Fishy with the pressie we gave her. Did you say that I am not allowed to post this on my blog? Whoopsie, my bad. ;P

We were warned.

Heee. Went to Gurney today. No time to update. Will do that tomorrow. ;D Gotta go watch CSI:Miami. =D

Through My Window

Have you seen the newest advertisement by TMnet on television yet? The background music is so nice and catchy! It's actually sung by a Malaysian band - Bunkface. I didn't know that a Malaysian band could actually sound so good! =D

The lyrics:

I dont want much, I just want everything
Thought that I could, do almost anything
One step in front of the other
Thought that I could do it alone

In the blink of an eye, it's just another day
Telling me why, I'll find another way
Got this feeling, got me reeling
I can almost start believing

Now there's me and you
And we are not alone
You and me
We are together now
Through my window, I can see there's
More than you and more than me
Me and you
And we are not alone
Different view
We are together now
Through my window, I can see
Our wildest dreams could be so real

I see a spark, it starts a fire
Is this the one worth waiting for?
Thought that I could do it without you
Can't exist like this anymore

Now there's me and you
And we are not alone
You and me
We are together now
Through my window, I can see there's
More than you and more than me

Me and you
And we are not alone
Different view
We are together now
Through my window, I can see
Our wildest dreams could be so real

Now there's me and you, you and me
We are not alone and we are together
Through my window I can see
Our wildest dreams could be so real

Check them out! =D Have fun!

You're way too cute to be hers. ;D

Went too Queensbay today and ended up being left all by myself 'cause my mum and sis went off to watch 2012. I ate a whole regular pan pizza in Pizza Hut! ;D I have a big appetite. Nyehehe. I got a birthday pressie for Fishy. It's a really cute bottle from Bros. She better not see this post. D: Haha. Never mind. She never visits my blog. What a "good" friend she is. ._.

This is the cutest bottle I have ever seen. Haha. Anyway, I gotta go. Gonna watch Up! Finally. ;)

New Layout. Again.

Heeeeeee. =D I changed the layout again. This one's dark also. Haha. Can someone teach me how to make my chatbox and stuff not disappear every time I change the layout? O.O

Wednesday, November 11, 2009

New Layout. Finally.

Ahhhh!!!!! I changed my layout and all my gadgets are now gone!! So I have to add them back one by one. Boo. Anyway, tell me what you think about my new layout. Whether it's too dark or something. Normally I don't like "dark" backgrounds but there were no nicer layouts. And I didn't edit anything in this layout... After adding back all the gadgets, I was seriously too malas already. Anyway, a change is good! In this case anyway, I hope. Aha.

I'll rather wear snake skin than fur.

Snake skin purses from Indonesia!

They're actually a kind of fruit from Indonesia. Don't you think the skin of the fruit looks really like snake skin? Cool right? Haha. =D

A really short post. So unlike me. =D

Too little too late. ;D

I am so bored. :/

Freedom! Again.

Yippee!! The school exams that I'm forced to take this year are finally over! I have just finished my Moral, Sivik, Art (yes, ART!!! Which I am totally hopeless in..), and Pendidikan Jasmani (it is a written exam, not like a practical one. Lame? I know.) papers. Anyway, I'm free to start "chasing" Hong Kong dramas! I am so not going to start studying for Form 4. Wayyyy too impossible. I really don't get those people who have already started studying. It's only one month after PMR for goodness sake. Haha. No offense to those over-hardworking people.

Yay! I'm finally going out with my 3 super crazy classmates - Fishy, Lily and Clarrie. We're gonna watch 2012. At first I didn't want to watch that movie but after seeing the trailer which is like so cool, I decided to watch it. Aha.

I must watch New Moon! I know I know, Twilight was a letdown. But New Moon's trailer is really cool. Plus Taylor Lautner is so hot in New Moon! Sorry, gushing over boys is so not my thing but Taylor is so much hotter and buff in New Moon that you can't help noticing him. Haha. And I really love the Twilight series, as in the novels, so more pictures for them. Haha. =D

Another movie I must watch is Avatar! The trailer is also very cool!!! Gosh. I'm describing all good trailers as - cool. I hope that the parts in the trailers are not the only good parts in the movies. If not, I'll be totally disappointed. :/

Starting from tomorrow, we'll be really and truly free in school. No science training. Yay! Not so sure 'bout boring ceramahs though. Need to start preparing for our next RR project which is due next week. I'm not so sure about this project but we shall surrender everything to God. =D

That's all for now. Actually, I don't really have a particular thing to update on. That explains my pointless "scribbles". I have to use that word (scribble) since it is after all a part of the name of my blog but I haven't seem to have used this word in my "scribbles" before. Haha.

Scribbles,

I MIGHT actually like Chemistry.

So far, only the chemistry experiments that we did were fun. We had the whole day to do two experiments. No rush, no pressure. We didn't even need to write the reports. Unlike the physics experiments. Urgh. 6 "lessons" of physics, 2 of chemistry, and 2 of biology. Basically, one lesson = half a day. That is so unfair! Why does physics have so many "lessons"?

We made glitter powder during the chemistry project. I don't know the scientific name for it but anyway, we were not supposed to do that but ahh we got a shiny golden solution after heating then cooling some kind of solution that we prepared. We decided to filter to solution to get the shining crystals. Aha. How creative of us. ;P It worked anyway. The glitter powder:

The "glitter powder" is not really that golden but it's still beautiful all the same. =D

I'm supposed to finish typing some stuff rather than blabber about chemistry and physics (BORING) experiments. 'Till the next post.

scribbles Blabbers,
