Mission Accomplished!

Yay! PROJECT SEKAPUC was a success! =D

Right. You guys don't exactly know what's PROJECT SEKACPUC. =P Basically, it's a Recess Revo project carried out by the morning session RR team under PCGHS' CF. We baked cupcakes and made cards and gave them to all the morning session teachers. We made 130 cupcakes all together and ended up giving the cupcakes also to the canteen workers, toilet cleaners, guard and even the library helper because we had quite a lot left over. In fact, I still have around 10 cupcakes with me. I'm going to give them to the others whom haven't received the cupcakes yet. But why PROJECT SEKACUC? What's SEKACPUC anyway? Oh well, SEKACPUC is simply CUPCAKES spelt backwards. Haha. XD

How did they respond?
They all said thank you of course. Some said that the cupcakes were very delicious. That was for sure, it was my mum's friend's secret recipe. Aha. One teacher even said that we were -in her own words- very "sweet" and one asked for my mum's friend's contact number. Haha. However, for most of them, their first reaction was - "You all want to sell ah?", "Need to give donation or not?" And we were like, "No teacher, we're giving it to you for free!" Their reaction was not quite as "enthusiastic" as I expected but anyhow, God works in ways we cannot understand. Hopefully, our actions have planted a seed in the teachers' hearts. The canteen workers and the others were very grateful also. I guess no one has ever thought of appreciating them. I hope we made a difference to them

Preparations.
Monday. 26 October 2009. Me and Wei-Lynn started making the cards at 8am and finished at around 6pm. Whew. It was definitely not an easy task. At one side of the card, we pasted CF and RR's "logo" -courtesy of Miss Wei-Lynn, and on the other side we pasted Bible verses or "We Appreciate You!" notes.

Behind the scenes.

Tuesday. 27 October 2009. Me, Wei-Lynn and Meii Yin baked the cupcakes at my house after school with the guidance of my mum of course.

Behind the scenes.

All packed and ready to go.

So that was our sort of first real RR project! Praise the Lord for making it happen! =D

Scribbles,
