Strepsils cure my inflammed throat.

"Program selepas PMR" has officially begun for my class and we were sent to go for Science latihan. The Science experiments are like so boring. How fun can measuring the diameter of a ping pong ball be? I hope the experiments will get better once we get to do experiments with chemicals. =D

I'm back in a book-reading frenzy. =D I have three books/novels with me - Ransom My Heart by "Mia Thermopolis with help from Meg Cabot", Sundays at Tiffany's by James Patterson and Gabrielle Charbonnet, and Keeping Faith by Jodi Picoult. I have read almost three quarters of Ransom My Heart and I can't understand half of what the story's about what with the setting in olden day England, 1291, the use of ancient English and all. But, I insist on finishing the books that I have started reading no matter how boring it is. Once I start, I must finish. Aha.

Currently, I've finished watching only one (!!!) HK drama series - Rosy Business, which is like so nice. It's very different from the other drama series and very interesting. =D

I shall post some of the photos I have taken in Macau. Hehe. =D

Baffled. Not.

Tada. This is the day that some have waited for. The day that Anna Heng's hair gets cut by her school's discipline teacher and nope, it was not her covering-her-eyebrows fringe. Instead, it was her hair at the back which was - in the prefect's words, too "qiu qiu" for the prefect's liking. Blah. Almost my whole class got sent to the discipline room to have our hair cut by the discipline teacher. Haha. Model A class students. =D Anyway, now my hair is perfectly straight at the back, as in horizontally straight. Like this _____________________ Oh well, I shall forgive them. I won't cry like some people when my hair gets cut by the teacher. For goodness sake, it's just hair. It'll grow eventually.

Mission Accomplished!

Yay! PROJECT SEKAPUC was a success! =D

Right. You guys don't exactly know what's PROJECT SEKACPUC. =P Basically, it's a Recess Revo project carried out by the morning session RR team under PCGHS' CF. We baked cupcakes and made cards and gave them to all the morning session teachers. We made 130 cupcakes all together and ended up giving the cupcakes also to the canteen workers, toilet cleaners, guard and even the library helper because we had quite a lot left over. In fact, I still have around 10 cupcakes with me. I'm going to give them to the others whom haven't received the cupcakes yet. But why PROJECT SEKACUC? What's SEKACPUC anyway? Oh well, SEKACPUC is simply CUPCAKES spelt backwards. Haha. XD

How did they respond?
They all said thank you of course. Some said that the cupcakes were very delicious. That was for sure, it was my mum's friend's secret recipe. Aha. One teacher even said that we were -in her own words- very "sweet" and one asked for my mum's friend's contact number. Haha. However, for most of them, their first reaction was - "You all want to sell ah?", "Need to give donation or not?" And we were like, "No teacher, we're giving it to you for free!" Their reaction was not quite as "enthusiastic" as I expected but anyhow, God works in ways we cannot understand. Hopefully, our actions have planted a seed in the teachers' hearts. The canteen workers and the others were very grateful also. I guess no one has ever thought of appreciating them. I hope we made a difference to them

Preparations.
Monday. 26 October 2009. Me and Wei-Lynn started making the cards at 8am and finished at around 6pm. Whew. It was definitely not an easy task. At one side of the card, we pasted CF and RR's "logo" -courtesy of Miss Wei-Lynn, and on the other side we pasted Bible verses or "We Appreciate You!" notes.

Behind the scenes.

Tuesday. 27 October 2009. Me, Wei-Lynn and Meii Yin baked the cupcakes at my house after school with the guidance of my mum of course.

Behind the scenes.

All packed and ready to go.

So that was our sort of first real RR project! Praise the Lord for making it happen! =D

She left me.

I know this is also a little too late but I'm dedicating this post to my beloved Kath Che. =D As you can see from my post's title, she left me. D= She left last Sunday to Malacca (You didn't tell me that you were leaving on that day!!!) to become an Engineer. (sound effect: wowwwwww) Yup, she's a smarty pants. =P In a good way of course. Sadly, I haven't even taken a photograph with her. D= Anyway, thanks for everything. =) Thanks for giving me the ACTSperiment CD, putting up with my weird phone calls and lots more. All the best Kath Che and God bless. =)

P/S: You better come back faster if you want the "gift" that I got you from Hong Kong. ;P

Goodbye Hong Kong! I know you'll miss me. ;D

I know this is kinda late but I was too lazy blog about it until today. Haha. I'm back from Hong Kong, people! It was a great trip! I like Hong Kong! We went to Macau too but it was more for heritage fanatics. And of course for people who are old enough to enter casinos. The public transport system in Hong Kong is really efficient. You can take a bus or a MTR to almost everywhere and all the places seem to be within walking distance. The shows in Hong Kong Disneyland were very nice! =D My favourite is

The Golden Mickeys

Festival of the Lion King

The parades
Unfortunately, I didn't get a photo of the 3 haunted houses in Disneyland. Out of the 3, only 2 are actually fun. =D These are some random pictures that I took around the park.

Photos in Hong Kong.

Ladies' Market

I'm really tempted to end my post here 'cause I took like 1000 photos and Blogger's being really mean to me BUT I shall persevere. =D

We met Aaron Kwok there! Ok, more like Aaron Kwok's wax figure.

Urgh! I really cannot stand Blogger already! So I'm gonna end my post here. Maybe I'll upload the photos of Macau next time. IF Blogger treats me better. =P

Sleep-deprived

Watched 'Where Got Ghost?" with a bunch of crazy people yesterday. My friend told me the whole story already and took the fun out of the movie. ._. I almost fell asleep at the beginning of the third part. Don't get me wrong, it's not because it was a boring movie, it was just that I knew what was going to happen already and I was like very in lack of sleep. Anyway, it was still a very funny movie. Haha... =D

I just woke up after sleeping for 3 hours. I was supposed to follow my mum to fetch my grandma from the airport but I was sleeping. Haha. XP Anyway, I'm most probably gonna go back to sleep in a short while 'cause our flight is at 6 in the morning and I need to wake up at 3. There won't be any updates 'till next Wednesday. Bye for now! =D

If you fail to plan, plan to fail. =D

I bought two pirated DVDs. "Confessions of a Shopaholic" and "Doubt". I bought them because I wanted to watch something that was short. Yup. Haha. I think "Confessions" will be funny and entertaining. =D It's a light movie I guess. "Doubt" won't be one though. I bought "Doubt" 'cause it looks very interesting. Hehe. I think it will be a nice one. =D

Actually, I'm supposed to be doing research for my Hong Kong holiday. We're not going with a travel agency so we need to plan everything ourselves and my dad will be coming back a few days earlier so we will be left there alone. Normally, my dad does all the planning. Aha. So yeah. I gotta go do my homework. If not we'll get lost and be stranded in who knows where!

Still a Merdeka post!

Hmmm..... Now that PMR's over..... I don't know what should I do now....

About that bad mistake, I'm still gonna get an A 'cause I prayed! Yes! God will bless me!

Back to after PMR and not knowing what to do...
It's more like not knowing what to start with...
Should I start watching Hong Kong dramas?? There's like tons and tons of them waiting to be watched by me. =P I wanna watch "Gong Sam Gai"!! That is a must-watch! Currently, I have nothing to do except for going on the computer 'cause CSI:New York's season ended already! Boo!

I finally get to go out tomorrow! Yay! I'm going out for dinner. =D And we need to do something as our morning session's RR project. Hmm... we need to start planning.

I'm flying to Hong Kong this friday for a short vacation! I'll be going to Disneyland! And now that my mother has finally bought a new cam, I shall be taking lots and lots of pictures! Yay!

I shall end this meaningless post..................................here. =D

Merdeka!!

It's been a really looooooong time since I last updated my blog. Ha. At least it's still not dead yet. Aha. That's a good thing.

Tanggal Tiga Belas,
Bulan Sepuluh Kosong Sembilan,
Merdeka! Merdeka! Tetaplah Merdeka!
Kami Semua Pun Sudah Berjaya!

Yay! PMR is officially over! Bye boring books! Hello freedom! Woohoo!!!!

Even though I made I really bad mistake in my Chinese paper 2, I'm still very happy that it's finally over!!! Finally!

My mum finally bought a compact camera. Panasonic. Lumix. FS7. The price's real cheap. The quality's not too bad either. The only bad thing is that the cam is silver in colour. I wanted something more interesting, more fun, more catching ;D but the silver one was the last one in stock so we had no choice. Anyway, finally some pictures! Scroll down.

My sis is so gonna kill me if she sees this. ;P

Bye for now! =D
